Each team member brings a unique talent to the group and is assigned a client based on their experiences and knowledge. Our team includes members who have previously worked at 4A agencies across Asia, as well as those from the client-side who have previously worked with large international groups, including the hospitality, casino gaming, transportation and telecommunications industries.

Chris Wieners – Managing Director

chris-wienersChris comes from a 10 year background in hotel, resort and casino marketing in locations including Hawaii, Tahiti, Japan, Hong Kong and Macau. He has previously worked for international brands including Starwood Hotels & Resorts and the Las Vegas Sands Corporation as head of digital marketing.

Carlos Machado – VP Operations

Carlos MachadoCarlos comes from an 8 year communication and marketing background in the telecommunications and digital industries. Between Portugal, Macau and Hong Kong, his experience highlights include the launch of a new BPO company (Business Process Outsource company) and the launch of a resort and casino property in Macau.

Miguel Duque – Creative Director

Miguel DuqueMiguel is responsible for graphic / web design for Hogo Digital's clients and leads the design team in direction. His previous role was at a 4A agency and included work for a major casino resort in Macau. He brings 19 years of web design experience and currently teaches part time as a Lecturer / Tutor of Web / Multimedia Design at Macau Polytechnic Institute.

Sancha Garcia e Costa – Designer

sancha-garcia-e-costaSancha is responsible for the creative development of digital assets for Hogo Digital's clients, including internal and external customers. Her experience includes a variety of artistic work and creative direction for digital assets such as websites, mobile applications, landing pages, banners and other graphic artwork.

Robert Ritchie – IT Director

robert-ritchie-hogo-digitalRobert is responsible for the development of IT and systems strategies for Hogo Digital's clients. Robert's experience and knowledge allows him to confirm the best uses of technology platforms to fulfill a clients specific need. His specialties include the development of infrastructures to service client's specific IT requirements.

Andrew Hughes – Director of Technology

andrew-hughes-hogoAndrew's role as Director of Technology includes the development of systems for client needs. Andrew's background includes both back-end development and front-end customer interface design. His previous clients out of Australia included The United Nations, Nestle and Toyota, among others.

Johnson Choi – IT Executive

Johnson-Choi-hogo-digitalJohnson brings a variety of IT and development talents to the Hogo Digital team. His work includes the development of website and applications, including back-end design and programming. Johnson works across a variety of programming languages and CMS solutions based on client requirements.

Jason Ng – Marketing Manager

Jason NgJason is a graduate of China Jinan University and holds Bachelor and Master degrees in marketing. He is well experienced in the China market and works as Hogo Digital's primary agent when dealing with partners across the Chinese Mainland, including social media and search marketing initiatives.
Kanako Emi – Business Developer

Kanako manages Hogo's Japanese research plus client operations related to the Japan market. She was previously based in Tokyo managing radio and event/promotional operations. Her experience includes management of Apple's first official promo event in Japan.
