HOGO was chosen as the agency of record to work with the Grand Ho Tram Strip including the integrated resorts and related assets (golf course, restaurants, hotel, casino, real estate). This included working as the sales and marketing agency for the resort complex located in Vietnam (previously the MGM Grand Ho Tram). HOGO worked locally alongside a team of more than 30 sales and marketing team members to build the brand and stimulate growth for the resort in markets across Southeast Asia, China, Japan and Korea.

  • Management of all sales initiatives including those aimed at travel trade, wholesale, OTA and direct (including FIT, MICE) in key markets throughout Southeast and Northern Asia
  • Re-launch of branding for the Ho Tram Strip across all assets
  • Digital markting campaigns across search, display, social and web to increase growth of direct business
  • Campaigns designed to increase awareness of Ho Tram Strip as a domestic resort destination (non-gaming) including events and promotions
  • MICE campaigns designed to increase utilization of function space for both international and domestic events
  • Achieved hotel room revenue growth of more than 400% within a 6-month period
  • Launch of the Ho Tram Strip brand in new markets through travel trade, OTA and direct media buy, including a major focus on the Korean market
  • Re-design of the Ho Tram branding including logos and brand standards across all assets
  • Successfully launch Vietnam’s largest golf tournament at The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip as part of the Asian Tour
